At Urban Wellbeing, we believe in exposing all our clients to advanced principles of exercise and in sharing our broad experience in the sport science field.
Our extensive experience in in sports conditioning include, but is not limited to, running, mountain biking, iron man, bodybuilding, modelling, and football.
In terms of methods and routines that we employ for conditioning, each routine is individually tailored to each specific client’s needs. We do, however, generally favour resistance exercise-based approaches for greater and longer lasting results.
